HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN (MGMT 2025-02)

The ICIQ is looking for a Human Resources technician to promote the identification of outstanding researchers and meet their training and development needs, especially at doctoral and postdoctoral levels, in addition to the structural staff who are part of the institute. This person will be key in attracting talent, ensuring OTM-R selection processes and establishing strong relationships with applicants and employees globally. In addition, the candidate will manage the performance evaluation, manage the internal training of the institute in order to demonstrate the positive impact of the learning initiatives.

Reporting directly to the HR Director of the ICIQ, the candidate must have experience in recruitment, management and processing of training, and active participation in job descriptions. A strategic mindset, communication skills and teamwork will be valued.

Responsabilities:

• Identify training needs and promote the development of doctoral and postdoctoral researchers.
• Work as a team to produce training programs that are satisfactory for all relevant parts of the organization, from technicians to department heads, producing training materials for internal courses.
• Management of bonuses at FUNDAE.
• Participate in the new calls at the ICIQ. Both in the publication of the position and in the hiring, conducting interviews, calls for pre-selection, etc.).
• Organizing and/or attending job fairs, assessment centers or other events.
• Collaborate in the drafting, updating and implementation of internal policies.
• Ensure that public sector procurement regulations are complied with.
• Participate in the fulfillment of the action plan of the "HR Excellence in research" seal of excellence, Gender Equality plan and LGTBIQ+ plan.
• Processing of agreements with universities and/or other entities for the mobility of external researchers who visit the ICIQ.
• Participation in job descriptions and job evaluations.
• To provide support, when necessary, to the personnel administration unit within the areas of competence of the unit, such as interacting with the administrations and preparing the necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• University degree in labour relations and employment
• Minimum experience of 3 years performing selection tasks.
• Good level of English (C1), Catalan (advanced level, preferably C1) and Spanish.
• Having worked in the public sector is valuable
• Advanced knowledge of office automation (office 365)

Selection Process

ICIQ’s selection process usually entails the following phases:

• Pre-selection: The pre-selection process will be based on qualifications and expertise as reflected on the candidates’ CVs. This phase is merit-based.
• Interview: Preselected candidates will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager of the position and the appointed Selection Committee.
• Offer Letter: Once the successful candidate is selected, the People Unit will extend a Job Offer, specifying the start day, salary and overall job conditions.

TÈCNIC RECURSOS HUMANS (MGMT 2025-02)

El ICIQ està en cerca d’un/a tècnic/a de Recursos Humans que impulsi la identificació d'investigadors destacats i satisfaci les seves necessitats de formació i desenvolupament, especialment en nivells de doctorat i postdoctorat, a més del personal d’estructura que formen part de l’institut. Aquesta persona serà clau en l'atracció de talent, garantint els processos de selecció OTM-R i establint relacions sòlides amb sol·licitants i empleats a escala global. A més, gestionarà l'avaluació d'acompliment, gestionarà la formació interna de l’institut amb la finalitat de demostrar l'impacte positiu de les iniciatives d'aprenentatge.

Reportant directament al Director de RH del ICIQ, el/la candidat/a haurà de tenir experiència en reclutament, gestió i tramitació de formacions, i participació activa en la descripció de llocs de treball. Es valorarà una mentalitat estratègica, habilitats comunicatives i treball en equip.

Responsabilitats:

• Identificar les necessitats de formació i potenciar el desenvolupament dels investigadors doctors i postdoctorals.
• Treballar en equip per a produir programes formatius que siguin satisfactoris per a totes les parts rellevants de l'organització, des de tècnics fins a caps de departament, produint materials de formació per a cursos interns.
• Gestió de les bonificacions a FUNDAE.
• Participar en les noves convocatòries a l’ICIQ. Tant en la publicació del lloc com la contractació, realització d’entrevistes, convocatòries de preselecció, etc.).
• Organitzar i/o assistir a fires d'ocupació, centres d'avaluació o altres esdeveniments.
• Col·laborar en la redacció, actualització i implementació de polítiques internes.
• Garantir es compleixen amb les normatives de contractació del sector públic.
• Participar en el compliment del pla d'acció del segell d'excel·lència Exellence in research”, pla d'Igualtat de Gènere i pla LGTBIQ+.
• Tramitació d'acords amb universitats i o altres entitats per a la mobilitat d'investigadors externs que visitin el ICIQ.
• Participació en la descripció de llocs de treball i valoració de llocs de treball.
• Donar suport, quan sigui necessari, a la unitat d’administració de personal dins dels àmbits de competència de la unitat, com poden ser les interactuacions amb les administracions i confecció de la documentació necessària.

Requeriments:

• Titulació universitària en relacions laborals i ocupació
• Experiència mínima de 3 anys realitzant tasques de selecció.

• Bon nivell d’anglès (C1), català (nivell avançat, preferiblement C1) i castellà.
• Valorable haver treballat en el sector públic
• Coneixements avançats d’ofimàtica (office 365)
